Oh, February, you cold month sitting between two other cold months! You come so quickly after the month of goal setting and good intentions! Your presence pulls away from the home improvement and organizational tasks that January so easily used to steal my attention. You are so sneaky and cleaver, wooing me with your red-and-heart-filled holiday, your promise of skiing and cozy nights. But don’t worry February, I’m going to be the one taking advantage of you and your extra day this year, especially since there’s no snow to ski on. See, I’ve already been sewing up something new.
