A Sight for Sore Eyes

At the end of September 2006 I bought a 25 lb. bag of carrots for $5 at Atkins Farm in Amherst that lasted us through Thanksgiving. This year’s crop is bright and ready for a thousand recipes. Cooking with them will be like making art with multiples. If it’s true that carrots are good for your eyes, we should have Superman’s vision by the time this bag’s gone.
